"Shining the light of the world into all the world"
The Main and Oklahoma Church of Christ is committed to shining the light of the world into all the
world.
The community outreach and world outreach ministries work hand in hand to reach out
around the world. Generally, World Outreach focuses on works beyond the local area--both
domestic andinternational. Community Outreach reaches out with the saving message of Jesus
Christ in the McAlester community and the immediate area.

The Community Outreach Ministry attempts to touch lives locally with the glorious light of the
gospel of Christ. This is done by providing spiritualsupport to members, visitors, and other
ministries. Th Community Outreach Ministry contacts visitors, newcomers, new members, people
in the community touched by our caring  ministries, and seeks to meet the spiritual needs of our
community in a variety of ways--providing Bible study resources, personal and familycounseling,
and spiritual counseling.

To help shine the message about the light of the world into all the world, the World Outreach
Ministry works with a number of ministries around the world.
